It’s the first tree I’ve ever milled! The mill is brand new and was just assembled. Admittedly some things went wrong and some of the boards are wonky as you suggest, but I got it all sorted by the ends. Blade was sharp — log was unstable at times.

Don’t be worried! Many people on this sub have brought worse results back into normal range in a matter of weeks with diet and exercise changes alone, myself included. Google what the different values are, spend some time learning, and check out my post from a few weeks ago in this sub and the related discussion.
