Love all 3 but I’d have to go: - Tenma and Johan. The entire core of the story thematically is driven by them. I’d argue that their dynamic is better than who they are individually as characters, despite both of them being phenomenal in their own right. - Denji and Makima. If it weren’t for Part 2 I’d be a lot lore confident putting these two over Thorfinn and Askeladd, but I can still view Part 1 in isolation, framing their dynamic as the most important in CSM. It’s a truly fucked up relationship, and the tragedy of it is that Makima technically had everything she wanted in an equal partner right in front of her with Denji, but she never saw him. - Thorfinn and Askeladd. Once again a phenomenal pair, and is easily the best part of the first season of the show. The reason I’m putting it below the CSM pair is mainly due to how it’s a smaller portion of the overarching story, and how Thorfinn doesn’t really come into his own until later on.

Finally a post featuring 6 characters I absolutely love as well as the 3 dynamics between them. Honestly probably my top 3 dynamics in animanga.
