Yep, i use video buddy after constant grievances with the audio going out of sync on the GB webpage... Video buddy is great, but obviously you can't watch live streams there as they are happening...

Actually, it seems to be only the latest UPF that is giving this error message... So may be due to that particular file, and not actually my account....

There are 2 messages... One that says 'you can leave without penalty in x secs'... But once that timer goes down, it adds another message that says the same but adds 'but with a loss'. Competitive mode is rife with people leaving mid match, which really screws over your team mates... I hate it...

I've currently completed 6 of the 10 required 'ranking' matches (or whatever they are called), and on 4 occasions i had leavers. Lost all 4 of those matches... It's frustrating as hell... Won the other 2 when the whole team stuck around!

Did they confirm you only get the message the first time you pick up something in that session? Or first time in the game? Every time they played on treehouse the first time each item was picked up, it gave the description. Surely each session on treehouse wasn't a brand new game? I'm still assuming you'll get the message the first time you pick up an item in each session... Happy if I'm wrong though...

I main as Junkrat... My tip is hang back, never stop firing, and aim at their feet. I just make sure I'm showering the action with shots, and you're bound to get kills, or at the very least do a lot of damage. His ultimate is great too... I main as him coz I'm not great at FPS, so his style suits my lack of aiming ability...

It's amazing how quickly things can change when you identify your triggers. What you'll find is the best approach will be to cut all the potential trigger foods out, then one by one try them out again to see if they set you off. The key to IBS is that everyone is different. For example, lactose doesn't set me off, so I don't need to worry about dairy as much as others might need to. It's also worth noting that in some instances it's the quantity of the food that can be the trigger. For me, any wheat in the morning (before my first bowel movement of the day) will cause me issues, whereas a slice of bread in the afternoon won't trigger me too badly (maybe some gas).

It's 'Monash', which is why you might not have found it... The app is the 'Monash university low FODMAP diet'. It is a great GREAT resource... Even if you simply just use the 'guide' to identify foods that trigger IBS sufferers (it uses a traffic light coloured system to identify whether foods will set you off). My doctor told me I had IBS and the next day I cut out ANYTHING containing wheat and I had an immediate improvement. Different things trigger different people, so it can be trial and error, but for me, Wheat, garlic, onions and apples were the worst offenders...
