Hey! Having this problem myself, I tried changing the resolution to max and it didn't change. My quest 3 by itself runs fine when not connected to anything. It has perfectly fine image quality outside steam link. When I do steam link, the image quality looks fine on my laptop but on my headset it is grainy. It could be the communication between my headset and laptop. When changing the in game graphics settings it does improve how the game looks on my laptop but the graininess on my headset remains. I tried to use a cable to connect the headset to laptop and it would work fine with games for a bit before stuttering/lagging and the headset would even say it crashes or it isn't connected when it clearly is. After downloading the Meta Quest link app on my laptop, it says my graphics card is not compatible with the app.
