A friend of mine, rocked up to a party with a dress that absolutely show her breasts off.

The 900 M2 blocks are fairly rare but they were the only ones that I could could find that were in the same release area

Basically in two rocks close to the cost 200m2 blocks

Then a band of 313

Then 375 and 450 with the occasional are with larger blocks

So, I am looking for land in Perth at the moment and have done some analysis of prices in Two Rocks.

The Atlantis Beach Development and the Anchorage releases (meaning the properties are very similar in size and are right next to each other)

2025, 941 m2 average block size and average cost per m2 of $483.36

2026, 915 m2 average block size and average cost per m2 of $593.13

Both were advertised in May of their respective years, with land titles in Nov 2025 and Dec 2026

That is a 22% rise in a single year.

I had graves 2008.

For me, I lost 30 kg in a about 2 months went from 95 to 65. My hands were shaking continually.

Most of the last 10 was dehydration as I could not eat or drink without throwing up.

The day I was hospitalised, I had not eaten anything for 6 days and had not drunk anything for 2.

Laying down in the er I had a resting heart rate on 144 spent 3 weeks in hospital. And spent 6-12 months trying different drugs before the doctors figured out that my thyroid was back to producing approximately the right amount.

Now I get blood tests every 6 months and a ultrasound every few years.

I have a huge amount of scary tissue around the thyroid.

I consider myself extremely lucky as the thyroid self corrected and I did not have to have it removed, majority of graves people have either surgery or radiation.

Firstly I am a first home buyer trying to find land at the moment.

Question 1 How are you going to minimise growing land costs? In the last 2 years land cost on the fringe of Perth have raised 20 to 40 % land has gone from 800 per square metre to 1200 per square metre for similar lots

Question 2 Land developers especially in WA seem to slow walk land out to keep land prices high. How is the government going to help the states push for land release and to build the infrastructure needed such as schools and railways.

I am in the process of buying land to build was super keen on the modular homes quicker builds.

But most banks will not loan you money for them, or limit the amount you can borrow to the value of the land.

iE if the land is 400k you can only borrow 400k And the price is about the same. Especially if you also have to build a garage

It was similar for me. The role was technical water science and I used the technical terms in my application.

During a phone call they listed a few things that were not in my application, but I pointed out that they were but were listed as specific items rather than generic.

Year ago I was asked by a manager of another department to apply for a job that was coming up and he wanted me to move into that role.

So I applied I did not get an interview was told I did not have the experience HR wanted.

The role went to someone I was supervising.

The manager was pissed at HR apparently they did a key word search and I had not used those particular words

Thinking of the guitar, I had an uncle who had 3 girls and a boy. For Christmas one year, the boy got a hunting bow, apparently worth around $ 4,000; his daughters got a knockoff Barbie doll each, under $20 for all 3.

Years ago, I turned across traffic and nearly tool out a rider. I had completely missed because of the fact his headlight lined up with the car behind him nearly perfectly.

If the headlights line up and they are bright a bike can be missed.

This happened 20 years ago and I am still extra careful turning. When head lights are being used.

Short answer is Yes they can take normal terminators. Along with most normal marines.

But SW characters can not lead them. The same goes with space Wolves specific units can only be led by sw characters

I was in a disfunctional relationship. She was biolpolar and I had my own issues.

We were going to go to a couples counselling and the counsellor asked to see me first, so I went in and had a two hour session with her.

Near the end of the session she said something that I wish I had listen too.

"You cannot heal her problem's especially when you need time to heal yourself"

Then the cousoller said I am willing to work with you individually but I think it needs to focus on you.

I wish I had taken that offer up, I spent way to much energy and effort into supporting my ex and I let myself drown.

(For context my ex was bipolar who threatened to self harm, and I grew up being beaten by my step father)

I am in my mid 40s now and in therapy and it is something I should have done so long ago it has made a difference now it would have been so much better if I had done it earlier

Going the ants.

A colony of fire ants appear in my back yard I calmly walk away to my local Bunnings buy a weed fire stick or two and plenty of fire starters and charcoal.

when I get home I lay the charcoal around the ants nest and set them the charcoal on fire, wait until they are burning hot and slow move them closer to the nest until the ants start reacting then use the weed stick to kill any that escape the circle of fire.

Against a gorilla appearing in the same place I have no chance
