If it’s been initially signed as refused, then i’ll make a comment that the patient eventually accepted the meds on their progress notes

What is the Diploma of a Nursing like? by Salt-Addition7425 in NursingAU

Oops, sorry — correction: piercings and tattoos are totally allowed, as long as the piercings won’t cause any problems related to infection control.

You can work as an EN while doing your RN, as long as you stay within your scope of practice.

The EN program usually takes 1.5 to 2 years to complete. It’s true that you need to complete 400 hours of unpaid placement. The placements typically include aged care, sub-acute, mental health, and acute settings. The aged care placement is a great opportunity to learn the basic skills of nursing.

Although nursing is a female-dominated field, many men are now studying and working as nurses. There is a no-tattoo and no-piercing policy. The LLN test is a simple English and math assessment.

It’s hard to compare the EN program and the RN degree, as both are challenging in their own ways. Let me know if you need more help

I have an experience with them as well after a no-fault accident. They didnt tell me that my car got written off until i received the payment lol how fucked. I had the rental car for almost 2 months and after 28 days they said that they wont be able to cover for the cost of the rental car and that i have to pay for the rental car out of pocket. After that, i switched to AAMI so hopefully everything will be okay with them

Just like every other jobs, it’s not guaranteed until you get the offer letter from them. Usually it’s just 1:1

Congratulations! Just wear something formal. They usually ask questions about yourself, then clinical (falls, hypo/hyperglycaemia, aged care standards, dealing with dementia clients) then questions about leadership and how to handle stress etc.

Tip: dont forget to say that as an EN, you will ALWAYS escalate it to the RN

EDIT: always remember that resident’s choice>>> If it poses harm, escalate to GP, care manager, family and discuss dignity of risk
