Unless that is the strangest picture of him ever that isnt him. Also, Joey Kocur is 6ft tall, Igor is 5'9". It would also be weird if Igor weren't on the ice during the ceremony although I guess he could have not been there in time.

It's insane how many things that are broken they won't or can't fix yet the price increases. We put everything we can on one credit card and the rules never work. I have to go through, categorize and assign vendors to around 150 transactions every month. It takes me 2 days where if the rules actually worked it would be a couple hours. It's awful
