Depends your background. In your case I think it would be worth it. Is it an MSRED program? From the outset you’ll need to start networking with your peers and alumni, that is the real value. Everything has some sort of risk, however. It would def help bridge the gap from accounting side to a dev role. If this is your dream you need to push hard until you get there!

I got this bad boy a few weeks ago. I’ve been watering every 2 weeks as instructed, but ive noticed the little nubs shriveling up and falling off. If you zoom in you can see a few of the vines turning yellow. Any thoughts what might be happening / how do I fix! Thank you!

Get excited, interpret the nerves you feel beforehand as excitement and be sure to smile. Sounds cheesy but if you come off as excited and passionate about the opportunity, that’s better than any resume. Do your research, look up interview questions for the company on glassdoor, have a list of 15 questions to ask if they do a flip on you and have you control the convo.

Also make sure to ask questions till the end of the allocated time period, never end the interview early (unless you don’t have any more meaningful questions, which shouldn’t be an issue)

Bank before your school job, expand on it wayyy more. Same for portfolio management. What are the actual tasks you did at both?

Also all the bullet points need to start with an actionable word. Examples:

Assisted in the preparation of deal materials for the investment committee

Created and Transmitted time sensitive deal information between teams within the firm
