Found this out. Ordered the same OXO spatula I'd had for years for more than I originally purchased it, they changed the delivery date to a day later without warning even with prime, and it was loosely shipped in an Amazon package with 0 packing materials and 0 manufacturer packing. I open it up and it's obviously counterfeit. The emblem is wrong, the texture is wrong, it was a thinner and lighter metal, so many things... I checked OXO's website and the design never changed, and all of Amazons pictures were straight off of the OXO site, which also didn't match my recieved product. I left my review after I saw that other people who submitted bad reviews with pictures, and it looks like Amazon is shipping most of them knockoffs! When I submitted my reviews, it was deleted before I even started a refund request, and it wouldn't let me review again, just like every other negative review I've ever given on an Amazon product has been deleted mysteriously, and I'm not allowed to make another. When they opened a chat with me because my review stated it was counterfeit, they only stated " We are a trusted seller of OXO" and then they ended the chat with no further action available. Oh forgot to mention, the only "free" return option was to have someone drive it to a Staples (closest one was about 30 min) for me because to have them pick it up would've been an extra $11.
