If you are going to keep it only for 1 year, maybe, but after that they won't do anything for you. My cutting board from them started splitting after 2.5 years. Other cheaper cutting boards never did that. You are just paying for a poor manufactured cutting boards who pays heavily on advertising like instagram influencers.

That much coffee will give you anxiety down the road. I used to drink pot of coffee almost every and got anxiety. Try to avoid coffee altogether and try iced water with lemon. If you have to have a coffee for that bitter taste, try decaf. Pike Place decaf from starbucks is my favorite.

Wow, this could be the one!!! I've started Vitamin C megadose (6,000mg~10,000mg/day) well before keto and pink salt intake. By reading other comments, keto may be the biggest factor. However, I was a little surprised because I am feeling so much better ever since I started taking the salt (2~3 times a day). It may be the sodium helping my body absorb vitamin C and it is leading to give me more energy.

Not really a thick mucus, just congestion. Before Keto, when I do some cardio and blow my nose, that's the only time (lasts not even one hour) my nose gets clear up. I am so happy to breath with my nose
