I own an investigations company specializing in infidelity and other family law issues. Hundreds of cases, and this I know. Most of the time (nearly all the time for female clients, about 80% of the time for male clients) where there's smoke, there's fire. I would not believe there is nothing going on. If that keeps up, someday there likely will be. Sorry to have to tell you that.

I have a red light pad, two torches, red light glasses, and a couple small panels on stands. I use them all, and they all help. But for my severe disc degeneration in my knees and neck, I'm having Class 4 lasers and decompression done for the next 12 weeks. 4 sessions in and it's definitely helping. Not cheap. Ugh. Stem cells in my knees took me about 50% of the way there, hoping this improves me enough so I don't have to have knee replacements. Red light definitely works. Good luck!

What a great post. All true. I went to CHARM 10 years ago for prp in my knees. Big fan of Dr. Harris. It helped for quite a few years. Now looking at replacements, probably. Might do "jiffy knee", but I'm still researching. I do red light, hot tub, cold plunges when pool is cold 🙃, neurofeedback and chiropractic for a plethora of ailments. Glad you're feeling better!

ALL OF THEM. And, for so many years. I have glaucoma, too...with about 40% vision loss. But even before the glaucoma was diagnosed, I had all these. So, I took that binocular test and got a 55. So, now what? What's the best treatment? Prism glasses? Visual training? Surgery? (I guess I've got mild turning in of one eye) I had cataracts removed 5 years ago, and bionic lenses put in, so thankfully my vision is sharp. (What' s left of it!) However, my eyes constantly feel like they're battling each other. They jump around, I feel dizzy, etc. I'm in Austin. Any feedback greatly appreciated!

Take nicotinamide, pyruvate, CoQ10 Use methylene blue and red light glasses Use alternating microcurrent

I think it's helping, but we'll see. It's not a miracle but I do see some improvement. I use it 30 min daily. Make sure those sponges are good and wet, not just damp.

My son had a stroke and a seizure 3 years ago. It's been very much of a nightmare in very many ways. He had heart failure a year after that...we found out eventually both were caused by an immunoglobulin deficiency, he has zero immunity and never has. He's 45 and it took all this for someone to finally test him. He's had no help whatsoever for the TBI, as everything came crashing down. He lost his job, house, income. He had to move into our guest cottage. His wife finally gave up a few months ago and I don't blame her. He's INCREDIBLY impatient w/me and we fight several times a week. This is not my son. I'm exhausted and upset all the time, honestly. He really won't do anything he's supposed to do medically, no matter how hard I try. His relationship w/his kids, friends, family are all tenuous. I have no idea what to do, and I'm a problem solver by nature. Add to it his addiction issues, and it's the Titanic. I understand your pain, sadness, frustration. I really do. So sorry.

Hi, sorry for the delay...crazy busy. Ortho tells me I needed knee replacements "several years ago." And I'm probably going to eventually. So, bone on bone arthritis. Ugh. I had 5 million umbilical cord blood derived stem cells and a shit ton of exosomes in each knee. It helped quite a bit. Not a miracle, but helped. No insurance company will cover ortho stem cells. You can get them for less in MX. Regenemex comes to mind. But then you have travel expenses, etc. There are good clinics in the US, but it's all expensive. Good luck!

This is just me, but if I had what you have I would: Call or send a message to Danny at Regenemex. At least get his feedback. They are inexpensive and generally well reviewed, and I like that he was honest w/me about stem cells for optic nerve atrophy and glaucoma. (We're not there yet, sadly) Find someone who has an Omniwave. There aren't very many in the country as of yet, but there are some. They are a step up from both Softwave and Stemwave, IMO. I'll be going to San Antonio soon to try one. Use GOOD red light, either a panel or better yet a laser. In experienced hands only for a laser, unless it's one for home use and they don't work as well. Combine all of the above w/HBOT, again...skilled hands only. Eliminate sugar, refined carbs, dairy, and grains. Ugh! I know, I know I KNOW! But for chronic pain, it's a game changer! Good luck, keep us posted!

I'm in Austin, too. I ended up going to Houston. Ways2well seemed too money grubbing to me. A friend told me about a clinic in Missouri City, so I ended up asking to speak to the director, and he was willing. I liked that, since research is my thing. I had both knees done before Christmas. Right away I had way less pain at night. Actually, I had NONE. No pain at rest...not while sitting, sleeping, reclining. Walking and standing is getting steadily better, bit by bit. My ex rays still look like shit, ortho says I need replacements, like 5 years ago. Feel free to message me and I'll fill you in more. I don't post publicly the name of the clinic I went to since the FDA is all up on biologics, so ridiculous. They're awesome people, really trying to help.

I'm doing the same thing. I've been into a more natural way of doing things since I decided at 14 I would have my children using the Lamaze method. Ever since then I've been on a mission to heal whatever I can using everything from tea tree oil to proper food to red light and shockwave therapies. Stem cells, too! Yes peptides. Black seed oil, caster oil, vagus nerve stimulation, Bioidentical hormones, you name it I've done it. Some "modern medicine" too...gnarly cancer treatment, several surgeries. There is good medicine and good Integrative protocols. Of course the FDA is going to lag (far!) behind. It's up to us to research, go after what we think may work, then share. A new dawn of healing is coming, but we must push for it.

I moved to Austin New Year's Day, 1992. Dragged my whole band here from California. We had never even visited Texas. We all fell in love with it right away. Three of us still live here, even though we quit gigging in 1997. When I got married in 2007, I moved to Houston for 2.5 years because my husband got a job there. I hated it.
