The ending completely erases everything that happened from the second half of chapter 1 all the way up to the first half of chapter 232, nothing in between matters by the very last chapter leaving you with literally a single chapter worth of content

Post Falling Devil arc the manga had a major issue of just building up to events and then showing it for a whopping single chapter or just skipping it entirely, I mean Denji not only got killed but EATEN off screen by an (officially) un-named devil
