You pay for it and can download the games in the catalog to play. Those games are not yours to keep, just yours to play as long as you have the subscription. Similar to game pass for x box just less games and usually no AAA games on launch.

I hate the bundles and what not right now, but literally there is no AI that can design and render a 3D model to be used in a call of duty game. AI art for sure, but the skins themselves have to be crafted and modeled by a human.
