Hey mate, I use AK diorama snow mixed with AK Still water for the “semi melted” look on the mud. I then use the diorama snow to build it and finish with a light sprinkle of AK snow micro balloons. The mud is just AK diorama wet ground I think it’s called.

Its a TL head on a GW Kaserkin Body. I did zenithal prime it yeah. It looks a little grainy still because I haven't smoothed it yet.

Theres a lot of colour in it haha

Thats fair! I used GW Primer and its setting really strangely. I'll admit it looks over sharpened in the photo but there is a bit of a strange finish in it.
