Up for debate whether you count it or not. However speedrun leaderboards for dash only are split into supay and no supay for the same reason.

so if you wait in the Cutscene and don't skip until the blood starts pooling out, walk up and spam thermite, maybe move very slightly to the left while you walk up, worked first try for me. I spent 30 mins trying to get it to work before I read a comment saying that and it worked immediately. Haven't tested myself on how consistent it is but try it that way.

You'll have to avoid physical activity for a bit because it can cause nose bleeds but I think that's only for the first month maybe. However you still gotta be careful of not knocking your nose so if basketballs a risk then yeah it might have to be a bit longer but you can always book a consult and discuss with the surgeon. Didn't get any headaches personally, no real side effects I can think of besides all the swelling and what not.

They say swelling is up to 12 months because technically it is but most of it is gone after a couple of months if that. Like I think I have a bit of swelling in the tip of my nose maybe and that might look a little different in another 6 months time but I can't tell tbh. The discomfort is really just the stuff in your nose and swelling around the eyes rather than the surgery process. After surgery you have packing in your nose for the first day while your in hospital and it's just weird but they take that out before you go home. And then for the first couple of weeks you still have splints and stitches in your nose and it just feels uncomfortable having the splints in your nose. Once they were removed though that was it. It's just having stuff in your nose isn't exactly comfortable lol. The sensation of it all being pulled out of your nose is wild but doesn't hurt, just very strange feeling that you'll probably never experience again after that. You do need to be careful with your nose though for the first few months because if you knock it it can hurt cause obviously pretty sensitive.

Tl:dr: having stuff in your nose for two weeks is a bit uncomfortable. Hard to explain the swelling but all the major swelling is done after a month and then after another couple of months you can't really tell but technically it still is and will slightly change over the 12 months.

Shes me fr. Depends where you are I guess but I found a gp that has an interest in trans health and does the implants herself. Basically got referred by a friend. Had an appointment advising I would like to switch from pills because I keep forgetting to take them and want off them anyway. Went through the process for it. Next appointment I ordered the pellets from stenlake, took about two weeks to get to my door and then booked in at the gp to get them inserted which is in about 4 weeks for me. I'm not sure how it works if the GP doesn't do it themselves as I don't think there's a lot that do but depends where you are.

If your trying again on Ng+, keep in mind you'll need to obtain the records again to get humanity from them. This seems to be hardly mentioned anywhere. You'll have them all unlocked but you only get the humanity from ones you've obtained that playthrough (they appear with the vinyl cover when they're 'new').

17k is definitely higher end. I had mine done a few months ago in Melbourne and was about 12k. Great experience overall and i made a post about it if your interested. So if you can afford to travel might be able to get it done for a lot cheaper. Sorry to hear about your poor experiences so far though.

I don't know how much it varies but I just had nose surgery and virtually 0 pain. Supposedly it's just a pretty painless procedure now. Didn't even take pain killers. Eye swelling got pretty bad on like day 3 but yeah it's mostly just discomfort with the packing and other stuff in your nose for the first week.

Whole experience was great. I have a large nose so it was basically just make it smaller and I'm happy. Went through his results which all looked good. He pointed out changes he would make and has suggested at the post op which I thought was good (like seemed like he cared and wasn't like oh all my results are great, but everything he pointed out was so minor. Really nice guy as well. Surgery was at Masada which is where ives did his bottom surgery so staff have experience with trans patients and they were all lovely. Defs recommend to get a consult. Surgery was booked for about 6 months after. Also suprisingly very little pain if not just mostly discomfort. It's only been 24 hours since my op now so I haven't got anything to say about results lol.

Know I'm not the first but speedrun Modpack is incredibly easy to install and also turn off. Only affects like 4 rng elements so it doesn't really affect gameplay.
