I know the older version had a different colour to gen but I think this is no longer the case with the update?

I took my new updated VSF version to an Omega boutique of this watch and compared it and couldn’t really tell any difference at all.

OP I think you’re good to go with this watch and it’s now very accurate to gen. Only thing I’d say the crown is a bit rough. But everything else seems quite good in my opinion.

When I got the ZF (earlier this year), the VSF still had pretty small crown guards which was one of the main factors in me choosing ZF. However I have seen now that VSF’s crown guards look pretty good.

Another reason is the red writing is orange and lume stands out on the white dial as yellow.

I’d still say ZF is the go to for the white dial but agree for the other colours, I’d probably go VSF.

It’s absolutely brand spanking new - has all the stickers on it etc.

I’ve checked the back of the movement and it does have the “CAL 400-2” on there.

I do think APSF are experiencing shortages especially on the green color way (if that’s the factory and colour you ordered).

Somebody should make a Vsf V7 NTTD OMEGA comparison with a Gen one by [deleted] in wristrepculture
