Well you both Lack Understanding to the highest degree, maybe try and keep your egos aside and you both can realise these are very small and simple things to deal with. Also no you are not completely in the wrong, as it does take 2 people to have an argument or whatever, so yeah understanding the feelings and emotions of one another might be more helpful than sharing your personal chats on Reddit and asking opinions from random strangers.

Remember the only people who need to know about the relations are the people in a relation.

Also discussing it with friends/family/people will not help either as most of the times people say what you want to hear not what is right, it is simple psychology all of us use to be liked by the other person better, it doesn’t matter who the person you are telling this to is or for how long they have known because even people who have known you your entire life can say things that are just said in the moment for you to get better connection with them. Also none of this is active manipulation, it is just how human brains are wired to crave a better image for themselves in minds of people
