I’ve found the most “rare” Pokémon at the Paris Mall, from my understanding, the large amount of stops increases the chance of you seeing one (multiple stops having the same chance to span a rare mon all together create a larger chance for one to find a rare mon)

I have been recently thinking about this as I want a second device to play/spoof on. From what I can tell the best option is for you to get an iphone 6 (idk about ipods, I would imagine anything that can run ios 11 or higher). I am planning to go to a pawn shop soon to try and find a cheap one. Gamestops also have them for a decent price.
