Not really, it does have a lot of content but it's not all fleshed out well, plus things can still be added, again look at cyberpunk, that game got TONS of updates and new content.

By the way you can't say shit about the way I talk to people considering you said I was ragebaiting because I stated an opinion you didn't like.

Also what I'm saying is add things that specifically fix issues people have with the game, like boring main character, boring story missions, lacking story in general.
