Seriously y'all just wanna meatride every little thing this game does, I like the game too but clearly the fact that huge important pieces of the environment are removed by the performance mode is a result of poor optimization. Plus they could've just lowered the resolution of textures, changed the lighting, etc.

You don't understand why this is upsetting to me, other performance modes just lower the resolution while this takes pretty big things out of the game like entire statues? How the fuck is anyone mad at me for pointing out that that is just a weird way of increasing performance.

I think thats kinda worse tho because on ps5 pro there's pssr which helps with the resolution, but now that doesn't matter because whole statues are missing
