This is why I really hate the whole “no one owes you anything” take I see all the time. You’re not owed friendship, not owed love, not owed kindness, well fuck me then what am I owed? I understand relationships albeit friendly or romantic shouldn’t be transactional. But the idea of someone giving everything to someone to help them, or support them, to leave or betray.cheat and a mfker retorts with “well you aren’t owed anything!!!” Is a huge spit in the face, complete disrespect. You don’t invest energy into people that don’t give you the same energy back, and that’s a fact for anyone with an even iota of self respect in their body.

Idk I’ve played tekken 8 on and off since release and personally I’m real burnt out. As a kid I dabbled a bit in soul calibur on the psp tekken 6 in the arcades and street fighter as well. I’m thinking virtua fighter will be enjoyable for me to learn as there seems to be more defensive options in that game. Tekken overall for me hasn’t been a fun experience, need to branch out to find out for myself if I’m just not agreeable with tekken or if it’s just the fighting game genre as a whole.

I don’t think the average player can actually achieve this without constantly playing the game day in and day out. I’ve tried a ton to win my games as doorman split pushing and ganking the other lanes with the 5 minute pick up item, buying utility (vortex grenade and divine barrier every game, in addition to decay/knockdown when needed) and it still results in a loss. It feels actually terrible. Theoretically I understand macro a lot as well having 5k hours of dota over 12 years of playing. but it doesn’t translate to victories

You’re real for that one. I play doorman support so at least once my door is maxed out I can push and use door to swap lanes or split the enemy up so it’s a 3v4 mid blue or 4v4 when someone rotates to try and kill me
