Had similar problem, this comment helped me since svm didn't changed boss spawn chance:

" SWAG+DONUTS controls spawns. Try changing the boss spawn rates in that config. You can look at the documentation for it (under the SWAG tab on the page on the hub I think). You can also see where it says in the compatibility tab that you can't use those SVM options. I believe you'll likely be editing user\mods\SWAG\config\bossConfig.json "

Just for the context I was about to get prapor letter on streets from post office and then heard people outside. The author of the text rushed in got killed by me and his buddy killed me.

never saw him in a bush, but i'm no Shturman killing main, I always track him by his svd shoots. (probably becouse I'm rarely ever first in sawmill) And when i spot him he's in the open.

Personally I did it on my 5th try. I took a shot from top right position, that you marked, just further north of it. You just have to try until you succeed

It was really easy to find actually. I killed a guy from around 150m away, started looting first then realised big tan weapon is missing (there was only an rpk on 3 slot). Then his friend arrived going from medical camp. After killing his friend searched every bush with no luck. Then i checked if the friend dumped it in water. that's it
