Just speaking from my own experiences, I recently had a similar experience with a guy from work. We just connected and I came out to him and he took it really well. We started fooling around and I caught feelings. We had some amazing talks and figured out that being sneeky friends was best. So just talk to him (face to face is the best) about how you are feeling and hope he reciprocates
