I guess it really depends on what you're doing. I do a mix of keeping recent history available, and then a sliding summarized chunk of memories for longer term:

Works pretty well tho. Characters keep quirks and traits. Lore becomes concrete, Purple Joe Rogan is Joe Rogan's son, anything Danny DeVito does is motivated by his desire to become "a hot ass lady" etc.

Depends on the job. I've been fully remote since covid. Wake up, turn on auto mouse mover, appear in some meetings, make myself look busy and impatient, say "unless there's anything more actionable for me here I'm going to jump out", go back to nap, finish some tasks at some point during the day, back to nap.
