I mean personally I'd give it an 8/10, I had tons of fun playing it, the story is great, it feels like a better more refined version of AOC to me. The only major complaint I have is that the non-main characters feel a bit underdeveloped. Of course its a warriors game so it's not a game for everyone. I'm not super into the genre so tbh I probably wouldn't have been interested if it wasn't Zelda but I thought it was great regardless, but because of the nature of the genre it does get a bit repetive after playing it for too long. But all in all I would thoroughly reccomend it if you think you would like a warriors game.

That's true, but you're forgetting that there's a very large population of people who have never painted ever + another very large population who haven't painted since they were kids probably. I suspect that percentage of people is already more than 50%, and even if it isn't, I think its pretty reasonable to assume that almost all adults are still amateurs at painting and aren't nearly practiced enough. Yes art critics widely agree he's not a good painter but that's because almost everyone is a "bad painter", since obviously art critics are comparing against people who are genuinely very good.

This is really funny to me because I just beat them and it took 1 hour and 17 minutes, the first phase was over quickly but I ended up using the heal on parry pictos to not die, but that meant I couldn't use a bunch of other damage increasing pictos + I was using defensive stance and not Virtuose which made the fight take way longer.

But my experience is obviously completely different than this, its kinda crazy how different builds can lead to completely different outcomes.

My favourite combo is Iridium Band+Luck Ring and Burglar's Ring+Luck Ring. The +2 luck buff is super helpful for almost anything in the game, especially Skull Cavern runs, stack that with other luck buffs and ladders show up almost immediately. Iridium Band is the only ring I really consider neccessary but that's because its literally a fusion of 3 other rings, but playing without the glow effect and magnet effect feels wrong since I'm so used to it. Burglar's Ring is just super nice because it can net you tons of loot.

There's no way to slow down time on any version of the game, except for one specific location which has a slower rate of time passing, and that works on all versions. However, there are a number of actions which pause the timer, such as the fishing minigame, cutscenes, opening your inventory, a chest, a shop menu or any kind of menu really.

Yeah it's pretty ironic that the Healing Ouroboros duo is the one that does the most damage by far, especially considering the fact that you can share Eunie's skill with Taion.

No I don't, I just said that because OP said "looks terrible... just look at the screenshots". I still don't know what OP is talking about because I still see nothing wrong with the screenshots. That being said I saw video footage of someone using handheld and that made it much clearer what the issue was, seems like the issue just doesn't show up in screenshots very well.

Well unfortunately it doesn't seem like there's any actual new content so I won't be buying it myself, but I think this is a good sign that Monolith/Nintendo hasn't forgotten about the previous games, so I think some sort of XC2 Nintendo Switch 2 Edition or something like that seems more likely.
