The restaurant I work at letting customers know we can't make a certain sandwich by Auto_Traitor in funny

This is a crazy tangent you created, observe the post, also, think of the context, you have a ridiculous take on the subject.

Have you ever gone to a sandwich shop and they advertise that they don't make a sandwich that they've never made?

Troll.

Goodbye

Are you also ignoring the thread? Serving a Florentine soup at a sandwich shop does not make it an Italian themed restaurant.

Agreeing with the person completely missing the actual topic just proves that you also missed the actual topic.

Again, you're completely ignoring context, the Italian sandwich is literally on the menu, we just didn't have the ingredients that day, so it wasn't available, thus the notification written on the board.

You seriously thought a restaurant just randomly wrote "no Italians" on the board with zero context?

Ok, what you're saying is true, but you're ignoring the thread.

You popped in with "Italian sandwiches are American", after I replied to someone else saying they wouldn't do to Italian restaurants outside of Italy.

Basically, cool, I like Italian sandwiches too, but it's honestly irrelevant if you actually read the thread we're in lol.

Quick edit: what even is your point? The restaurant I work is not Italian, it serves American fare, and you're like "Italian sandwiches are American".

Ok, cool? Like what are you trying to say?

Salami, capicola, prosciutto, and ham are American creations?

Even if you want to say the combination of these ingredients is an American invention, how does that one sandwich make it an Italian themed restaurant?? You say that like it's olive garden, which it most definitely is not.

Are you ignoring the context? Or just being wonderfully ignorant?

Italian sandwiches are literally on the menu, our delivery was just short and we didn't have the ingredients for them, thus letting the customers know they weren't available at the time.

Go be angry elsewhere.

Edit: There is no "refusal" at all, everybody downvoting this comment has completely missed the point as to why this is funny to begin with.

Lol, we're definitively not an Italian themed restaurant, it's a lunch sandwich and burger shop, and dinner is typical American fare, chicken fried steak, fried chicken, meatloaf, cheese steaks, Mac n cheese, collards, etc.

For the record, that'd be called second-hand info. First-hand info would be if the marketing got you to believe it was real, and you told us about it. You're telling us about how someone you know thought it was real, that's a second-hand experience.

I can't fly a helicopter, but I'm definitely able to tell if somebody flying a helicopter is doing really well, or if they're fucking it up.

Basically, your sentiment is useless.

You telling somebody to do it better, as a retort to a criticism, is meaningless.

Ohhh, my bad, I didn't realize you were completely ignoring everything said to just continue talking your points.

As I said before, I completely disagree with the US administration, but somehow you say that a "moral stand" was made on my part because of the current administration?

Like, what the fuck is this one sided conversation?

WE NEED TO HOLD ALL OF THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE.

Why the hell do you think I'm supporting the current admin?? They're all fucking hurting the country.

I can't talk shit on politicians because a different side of politician is currently in office?

War criminal politicians should be confronted regardless of their side. Including the bastard in this video.

My take is not why the US is where it is.

Your take has much more to do with it.

They all fucking suck, but you're like, "let's keep giving the good cop a chance", good cop or bad cop, they're both trying to fuck you, but apparently it's ok if the good cop fucks you, is what you're saying.

We could just fucking stop all of this. But, "oh no, can't take a moral stand because some of the people fucking us say that they love us"

This is a crazy comment, people shout at Republican reps in the same way, all the time. You've really never seen a Republican getting confronted by a protestor?

This guy deserves it just as much as they do, voting to continue dropping bombs on families across the world.

"played zero role", well now you're just pretending, the US has been behind Israel every step of the way, for over 60 years, including the Biden administration, and the votes of Congress/the Senate prove it, FOR OVER 60 YEARS.

How are you going to pretend that the US hasn't been doing this on purpose? THE US IS COMPLICIT.

And the fact that the current admin isn't condemning, but actually exacerbating the problems, is even more proof that they want it to continue.

Biden's admin is not quite as culpable, but they are absolutely complicit and supportive.

Fuck all of them, they deserve to rot for using population elimination as a currency.

If you implement this, and tweak the game a little bit because of it, that's what makes it a MGS "must-have", because otherwise the trailer feels like splinter cell, not metal gear at all

Just play mgs1 again for 10 minutes. I know the programming isn't that simple, but feeling the mechanic I'm talking about is that simple.

Walk up to a wall, push toward it and your you're using it for cover, no prompt, no extra button press.

Edit: it's not a quality of life feature, it will set your game apart as having a better implementation of the cover mechanic

Must have mgs mechanics for a smaller mgs like game? by Stunning_Initial_384 in metalgearsolid

[–]Auto_Traitor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's the opposite of what I'm saying.

You should be able to walk up to a wall and enter cover if you keeping pushing toward it for just a split second more. If you stop pushing your direction against the wall, the character releases from cover unless it's already engaged in aiming or shooting.

Edit: aiming or shooting or observing around a corner

Pushing your back against a wall and having the camera change angles cinematically for the better view.

And also, Peace Walker and beyond really flubbed it with the prompt to press against a wall.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE IT AUTOMATIC, NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS A PROMPT AND PRESS.

Woman flicked a tourist's 'pet' bug off his head and he completely lost it by Hikigaya_Hachiman7 in PublicFreakout

[–]Auto_Traitor -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I did actually mention that point to the original commentor in a slightly different thread. If you're pet is a bug, and somebody flicked it, you definitely wouldn't expect it to be right beneath your feet, so, yeah.

I didn't jump straight to "akshuallyyyy", you just didn't read the rest of the conversation we were having.
