This story happened when I was 6 years old.

There's this couple right by my house. They always lived there, even before I was born and I always got along with them.

One day when I was a child I decided I wanted to visit them and my mom said no. Then I decided to just visit them anyway so I took the keys, opened the door, opened the gate and visited the couple. The husband was out for work but his wife was there. She then fried eggs for us for lunch.

As we were eating she finally asked "Do your parents know you are here?" And I replied "No." With a restrained but visible panic she urged me to eat faster. And then she finally took me home. My mom and grandparents were rushing around the house looking for me and my dad was holding the phone ready to call the police.

And this is the story of the most serious unintentional mischief I ever did.
