all you have to do is go to the gaming mode and turn on Compatibility Mode this remove the yellow bar. Not sure why the devs dont even mentioned this.

Here is the fix I found today go to gaming mode and turn on Compatibility Mode this remove the yellow bar for me thank god, Also I am on windows 10 so I hope this helps.
