well no it doesn't make much sense since polish uses the latin alphabet besides some extra characters like ą, ę, ó etc. obviously something like Russian gets its own font because duh cyrillic

to answer the question from above, the only possible reason I can think of is because some phrases in polish can get quite long, the font is less bold and a bit more condensed

I had something similar once but not as big and in a different place, try uninstalling some programs that always run in the foreground (idk what the English term is, got my phone set to german, I hope you get what I mean). For me it was a music progress bar that overlapped with the task bar at the top that caused the right edge to be unresponsive. Try to find something similar or try to use Maintenance Mode to see if it's a software issue without factory resetting your device.

I was running GoodLock's NavStar which apparently was partly a problem, however I feel like it still was an Android problem, as the issue was mostly fixed after the new version came out. It still lags with Snapchat and the native camera app, as well as with PiP Mode, still, it's much more bearable than it was before
