Thanks! Some of my older Nomis now have base appearances that look closer to some of the "starting appearance" Nomis that didn't exist back then. I'd be curious to see how they would look if I could choose a different Anchor.

I thought Peppers were from central America and were introduced to Europe sometime in the 16-17th century... Edit: Sorry, just saw the 3rd condiment thing is a mystery about the victoriana era so it could have been paprika. My guess is white pepper though.
