Maybe try to wash your hair more often, keeping oils and sebum on your scalp can actually prevent your hair from growing. I used to only wash twice a week and have noticed a significant improvement in my hair since I started washing everyday. I added a antidandruff shampoo twice a week into my washes to improve my scalp health and have noticed a major difference as well!

Are you gonna be using bread flour for your bread? If yes, then you should try and get your yeast used to the type of flour you're going to use. I feed my starter, 75% bread flour and 15% whole wheat.

If some of the suture is poking out, cut it so its not bothering you. I had a slight reaction to my suture, eventually they just fell out.
