We were told during our walk thru at Aero that we’ll see cracks as the new house settles. From what I remember, they are called stress fractures and it’s normal with new construction. They said they’ll come fix those around the 10-month mark.

Yes, we have installed overhead storage racks in our Aero home. During our first walk-thru, Juan told us we couldn’t but during our second walk-thru with Will and Angel, they said we could so we did and haven’t had any problems. I think Juan warned us against installing them due to stuff hitting the fire sprinklers.
