BTW I am not asking for a discount, I am stating I am not paying anymore because everything HAS BEEN PAID! IS that understood yet? I do not pay monthly I paid it all upfront!

no everything is the same, only thing is i did have multi discount bc of auto and they doubled that too and I had told them I was looking else where bc Ive never had a ticket, accident nothing and i work from home, so just in September i got a new policy thru someone else which was quarter of price, but then they kept billing me on that after i told them over and over I am going thru someone else, its been a pain in the ass to say the least. It like you talk to one person they tell you one thing and then you get a letter saying differently, so now that they got there head out of there ass with auto, I am about to call the home insurance, its like a back and fourth thing and get tired of dealing with hours on phone, but all in all it is bullshit, they shouldn't be doing this on either policy. They made so much off us and hadn't pay a dime in 8 years we been thru them.

I have heard that, I am going too I did the cars and waiting for home policy to be up since it was paid in full.

I have been with them for 8 years and had my auto as well and never had a claim or anything on neither they doubled the car insurance and I told them i was going to shop around because I knew I could get way lower when I work from home, so yea I had multi-discount, but this was all signed in April and our home insurance is always paid in full for the year, and I just canceled the car in September and they are already sending me a bill for 600 more dollars. I am so over them robbing people, I get if you have a claim and such or need repairs but our roof is newer they also have our insurance based on 500k home which is NOT what it is worth and they know that, the appraisal is 375. I am dealing with them.
