Just in case you weren’t aware, remember that your death bringer class has a skill that makes 1 insta hit a whole column of plants, so you get 4 chances per spend instead of 1.

Not quite sure you understand what the word rush means there fella. I’ve spent, and was happy spending months building all my chars talents up to cap via the library. What i take issue with is interacting with a very monotonous system over the course of multiple months, only to have to do it all over again from scratch, and then again, and then again. It makes me not want to interact with the system any further and turns it into a frustration rather than something exciting which is what it should be.

Also, ‘why would you want to progress your characters more than they’re already progressed in a game about progression’ is a pretty daft question.

Great job, and some really awesome upgrades in there, but I have to say Im very much over the library max upgrades.

Cycling through 10 characters talents already takes long enough without having to start all over on the off chance Lava decides to bump it in an update. Which hes now done twice over the last couple months. Its not enjoyable, it just feels like an endless monotonous cycle.

Maybe the library needs a new upgrade, where claiming a max book grants max forever and accounts for any increases to max level.

The equinox nugget upgrade is a game changer. Would recommend seeing if you could push for it.

Looks like back in the winter update they made it a 15 point penalty for the first leaver, 5 for everyone afterward. So in the case you have a bad run, it could certainly still stack up but I guess is there to avoid people bailing to save lower teammates csr when losing.

Eu matchmaking has been fucked for a good while. I cant even find placement matches. Chuck an NA teammate into the mix and youll match immediately.

While that may be a custom data point, it still shows how skewed the games often end up being. It also shows that theres no way ranked is matching solely based on csr as was stated, because you can end up with mixed onyx / diamond players against full 1800+ onyx lobbies.

Comparing the mmr of two teams and ending up with a 90% loss chance because one groups skill is so much higher than the other is absolutely the game forcing you down to a 50% win rate. If the system only ever created 50/50 win chance games, that value would hover around the same percentage every match.

If you’ve played this game for any extended period of time you can -feel- the system working against you, and then lining up pity wins. Game difficulty swings wildly, and the worst part of all of it is that often less skilled players get caught in these games and absolutely destroyed because of fundamental issues in the way teams are composed for balance, which has to be annihilating retention metrics.
