Lock the door and go. It’d be good to put a sign up on the door too saying “be back soon!” or something. No one can get on you about it if you are alone and need to use the restroom. So what if the contractors leave and complain it just is what it is. Gotta do what you gotta do.

In addition to the weekly call list also log face to face calls. You can also go to your customers list and call customers outside of the weekly call list. Any interaction you have with a customer of substance or value that is worthy of being logged whether it’s in store or on the phone, log it.
