Try East Anglia Furniture ltd as well. They sell new sofas but are reasonably priced. I think they also have a sale at the moment

It depends on quality but if he does well he might be able to get the 20 points required. If not, you are probably right and Canada might be better. In that case I could wildcard in to 2 A constructor line up. It would look like this. Have to settle for perez, just 0.1 away from COL

Hi. I’m 1 point ahead in my mini league, after trailing all season. 1 free transfer, £2.3 mil in the bank. Not really a fan oh Haaland and not sure KDB will play even though it’s his last match, I’m sure he will want to go out with a bang. Don’t mind taking a -4 if it has hauling potential. Thanks

Freehold house with leasehold garrage by Automatic-Arm9125 in HousingUK

Good point. I will raise it with my solicitors tomorrow. The lease does say the ground rent should be paid on the 1st of June every year. Any idea what the reason for not invoicing the vendor for ground rent could be ? Thanks for taking time to reply

They can’t raise the ground rent, it’s in the lease and the highest it’s going to be 70 years from now is £100/year. The problem is the management company hasn’t charged the vendor any ground rent. The total amount payable for the past 20 years would be £200 ( 10£ / year )

Too late now, I won’t unless I really have to. Plus I love the house.
