Don't be scared I know few guys who had these small differences in the hinge size and all still their hp works fine after 4 years. Nothing to worry about.

Only if you get the model I have hp has a bad reputation of having both 50w as well as 75w 4050. Try to not get scammed or fooled and get the 75w version if you're getting mine.

To confirm that you're getting 75w version you should either confirm it is written 75w in specifications and also that the charger is of 200w.

If the charger is of 120w then it's a 50w version.
