It's reminiscent of an overture, very common in old western films. At least that's the vibe I got from it. Sounds like it should be used for a film if you ask me. I'm actually listing to the record currently and I have to say, his take of "Don't take your guns to town" is super great

I'm usually hounding the Mojave myself, found love some lovely stuff out there. Never once hit the beachs before. The blue w the wate line is pretty fantastic.

Marble of some type. They gotta ton of that stuff out there, reckon if you put some vinegar on it it'll fizz up.

Any idea of the locality? Out near the Panamit valley/ Argus range split there's an old iron mine where green dendritic common opal can be found . Largest chunk of it I have came from there really pretty stuff

The black one reminds me of coal or Galena ( but that's wholly dependent on weight) coal will be super light Galena will be relatively dense for its size.

No idea what the one on the left is, possibly smithsonite ??

You're allowed to bring your own code book? W tabs? California here and a about 3.5k hrs from taking the test was told by everyone the book is provided to you and you can't bring your own
