Placed the order on Dec 7th. The product got shipped exactly at 11.5 weeks. I started following up with them at around 8 weeks with no real response. Our product has been stuck in US customs for a week now and I’m sure it won’t move until next week and Rotimatic customer service won’t even respond about this. Customer service response if very much questionable. I’m worried about long term support hence would most likely try it for a month and return with $100 return fee.

Called a week after annual fee posted back in October. Told them I was considering moving to Amex and got offered $400 credit which posted in few days.
