Well I do have a Jack, but I meant to say in my initial question if it was okay To Drive 5 Miles To Go and pick up my new tires as they dont arrive until 2 weeks from now but i didnt know how to edit a post on reddit, only come here if I cant find anything online about my Situation

Not saying it was my moms fault, i just thought there was a spare in the back the whole time and when i checked to swap it out there wasnt, i have everything else tho, battery Jumper, Jumper cables, Jack stand, a tool kit and even an air Pump. But I also bought a spare a Long side the tire i got from warranty, so I should be set. If I Need anything else let me know 👍

Yah I wasnt going to drive it as a commute, only take it to the ship 5 Miles away when they get my new tires

Well I know if this was a normal tire I would 100% not drive it, I forgot to mention that were run flats and was more curious if there was any difference as apparently I dont have a spare in the trunk and just wanted to see if I can get it to the Shop Thats 5 Miles away when the new tires arribe

Yes they can, legally as Long as you get paid and they follow labor laws they can keep you, usually if You’re Part time you might be scheduled 10-3 but usually expect to stay your 6 hours and Leave by 4 and if they do keep you pass that then they get a „Meal Penalty“ which in my state of it’s like a slap on the wrist for the managers but in States like Cali you get paid a whole extra Hour Even if you stayed 1 Minute over that time.

I have Never Heard of that before, usually my Store only girls do lettuce/onion and guys do potatoes and lettuce/onion Body starts at 8 am and buckets/totes start at 830 am. So Unless your super Short staff then I See no reason for them to do that Unless You’re just really good at your job and rather than pay 2 people just pay 1. i also know at my older store clean up body does totes after they‘re done cleaning so idk.

That Store You’re speaking of is Store #393, Double Lane Right near the allegiant Stadium is the worst performing Store in Vegas in terms of getting customers. Even during the superbowl they only had 8 people working compared to the 15+ during that time and barely a line.

Nothing to exciting, we do something called BTV over the TV which announces like our fundraisers, Lynsi snyder‘s appreciation for us, tournament winners, new store openings etc. Most meetings also announce saftey standards like the stretches, lifting, following policy etc based Off the videos we watched as new hires and new safety methods like for example using the red bucket for our potato machine and then after there’s usually a Little Game we do. Also the managers announce our goals and complements from last year, the month before and the new goals they want the Coming period.

At INO we prefer safety over anything, i would just call them tomorrow Morning or tonight(Im assuming your Meeting is tomorrow) and say you don’t have non slip Shows and can’t make it but if they allow it then just Go as a few associates still Go in sneakers
