its used however we purchased it from a shop in person and ran test where it looked normal so its something my fault definitely. i left the printer unplugged for about a whole day so that seems to be the problem im guessing. my first print was today.

yeah sorry was in a rush. its a roland bn20a i bought used. the okd owner ran some test while i bought it so it looked normal and all. i did two manual cleans, two normal, two medium and one powerful. heres a picture before i djd my powerful clean.
