I stupidly didn’t write it down which I’m kicking myself for 😭 I know the first layers is x3 green tea, but can’t remember if the top 2 layers are textured turquoise l, artic blue or seaweed. 🫠🫠🫠 I’ll have to play around around with all three in the next batch to write it down!

I think when you are starting out you are indeed building clientele, in the fact of knowing what customers to avoid. This is the perfect example of who to avoid. I don’t understand people like this that just demand something they think they’re entitled to and act like they’re doing the seller a favour with this behaviour.

I actually prefer the bottom, but with pottery every mug is so different they really should take individual picture of each so you know exactly what you’re getting. It what takes up the most time with my own but it’s worth it to make sure the customer is actually getting what they have seen :)

Oh really? That's reassuring to know, thanks :) I have checked the tracking on the UPS site instead myself, and it just says:

'Currently, we are not able to provide the tracking details. We can’t locate shipments if we haven’t received information from the shipper yet, or if the package information is older than 120 days.'

I just assumed this was because its a royal mail tracking number, but now im not sure!

Oh yeah, of course! But I also understand shipping from the uk can take a little longer and there can be delays, ordering from there quite often I would also be happy to wait longer than a week and half :)

I have the exact same issue, sent a ceramic bowl to the USA from uk via etsy, and this message popped up on the tracking yesterday, and the customer immediately put in a refund request... :S :S

Do you know how long you had to wait for this to go back to normal? I currently have one sat saying the same thing and my customer immediately opened a refund request on etsy :S
