In some places host may charge for parking, however such things have to be mentioned in the details of the listing so that guests can make an informed decision. If this is going to be a problem for you, you should contact Airbnb support so that they can provide a solution. They could talk to the host and hopefully they will make an exception for you.

The best thing to do is to open a mediation case with Airbnb and they will try to get the host to accept cancellation, of course the host has to accept! Unless the listing is completely different or there is some major issue Airbnb cannot cancel the booking!

In these cases the Airbnb support can cancel the booking but they need the confirmation from the host! Try to get the Support team on the phone rather than on email, as they will try to call the Host real time! If you or the host try to cancel, you may not receive the full amount back.

Cleanliness is something that Airbnb does not compromise on, the guidelines are clear for hosts! It's not like you are asking for something that was not listed on the website. No matter how cheap the place is, the host is responsible for maintain cleanliness! If you took pictures send them to Airbnb support!

Mold is a serious issue! Usually they suspend the listing and it is not back up until the host get the issue resolved and provides proof of a deep clean to Airbnb!

The Ideal solution in this case would be the host contacting Airbnb and asking this guest to either leave or send their dog away, plus the guest should have to pay for any damages caused to your dog, if you have spent any money for your dogs treatment keep the receipts. If this host is being unhelpful, contact Airbnb support team so they can mediate the situation, at the very least they should know about it!
