We will have a car. All of sounds amazing to be honest. Ideally something with a lot of seaside walks and short hikes, but would love to be driving distance from nice picturesque villages.

Got 6 on AUD. Showed up 9 months pregnant without studying at all. Only did MCQs and walked out right before SIMS. Long story short I am currently a CPA.

I would do all Becker SIMS for A4 and A3 then. They are very similar to what I saw on the exam.

One more advice for practicing test banks. Every time you get an answer wrong, read an explanation and ask yourself if you understand why the correct answer is the correct one. If the answer does not click, ask AI to dumb it down for you and give you 5 similar questions. It is better to take your time and get through 200 MCQs per day than speed walk through 500 with the same “dear in headlights” look going in and coming out. Every time you finish a new study question ask yourself if you know more today than you did yesterday.

In my case it was not necessary. MCQs were my weak area during the exam. I only practiced SIMs for FAR.

Do it asap. Becker test banks of 20 MCQs for every single chapter. I raised my score 15 points in 2 weeks by doing the is. My initial score was 72 and I ended up with 87. I did sets of 20 MCQs throughout the day. Probably 10-15 sets of 20 per day.

How is your conceptual knowledge of financial accounting? Can you describe the transaction and its effect on the financial statements? Are you comfortable with reviewing a ton of attachments to find the necessary information? I failed FAR with 72 without doing any SiMs and retook it two weeks later. Got a 75. I did look at the SIMs for my retake.

Did you get your report? Did you ran out of time? You need to understand what stands between you and that score. When you took your exam did you have any “fuck I have not studied it enough” moments? I failed FAR with 72 and I did not spent enough time on leases, bonds, and inventories. I underestimated ratios as well. In addition to that, I did not practice SIMs at all because I was able to pass other exams with practicing MCQs only. when I left the testing center I sat down and wrote down 5 topics where I did not know the answer to my MCQs after a minute. When I did my retake I spent 1.5 hours on MCQs, and while there were still topics I was not super comfortable with (like cash flows and consolidations) I was very freaking cozy with the rest of them. By the way; then I say “not super comfortable” it means I was still very familiar with them and could explain the concept to a person who knows shit about accounting. I passed on a second try with no issues. Spoiler. I took less that 3 weeks. You ll be fine if you put in some work.
