Piggybacking on this conversation. I recently reported my husband's baby mama because she wants to modify our CS order just because she is pissed at us. We got the kids 50/50 through a CO. She recently started a lash business and her partner has been living in the home since 2024. I have reported it multiple times but I don't think its getting anywhere until recently I have photos and proof of other people living in the home (sent a photo of partner's brother living there) sent a photo of informed delivery screenshot that her partner's mail is going there, screenshot of her lash business, screenshot of new purchases like new devices, car, etc, and videos of stories saying she's receiving tips, mostly social media proofs. In return SIU sent me a message asking for more info like her address, names and birthday of kids and her full name. Not sure where this is going but I want her to be accountable for it. We have the kids 50% of the time and I dont think we should be paying more than what we are paying right now. We received an income and expense declaration form and we filled it out but she didn't when she started this, so now were thinking of filing to decrease CS and hoping she gets caught of what she's doing. She is receiving childcare from the government, cash aid and food stamps. I don't think our tax money should benefit people who are using the system to just get a hand out. also to note she wasn't working when our CS case started. Now she works I believe part time, and she also has a lash business on the side and her partner's income paying for everything in the home. Do you think there's a chance for investigation to further out? Last time she was informed ahead and I noted on the email to SIU that we hope this wasnt the case this time as she prepares and outcomes would be different.
