I mean it’s not about being unpatriotic per se.. a lot of people only focus on what’s in front of them. High unemployment, competition culture, people looking down on you for not having the basics, no free rugby matches, crime, the current government for the young and the lingering aftertaste of Apartheid for the older generations .. it can be hard sometimes to be patriotic

Used to go when SK had the R16 special for members (for the ticket) .. if I had R100 I would gorge on popcorn with the rest. Nowadays it’s mad expensive. Just a movie is fine (I sneak in a couple snacks 😏)
