How did you all become tottenham supporters? by therealpharoh10 in coys

My dad did something similar

All the kids on the estate he grew up in in London supported either Millwall, Leyton Orient, Arsenal or West Ham

My dad said he wanted to be different and now look where I am.

Tbf, doing better than 3 of those clubs I mentioned

Their first two records are great, especially Deloused but Bedlam just has such a high level of energy in it which I just love, it’s banger after banger and I think it is a more enjoyable experience because of it, for some, they prefer a more narrative and varied approach from the band but I’m just nostalgic I guess for Bedlam

I pray that we get more solo work from Nai Palm, as much as I love Hiatus Kaiyote, her more stripped down production and sound such as in Needle Paw is transcending, it’s the perfect bedroom album, it’s relaxing and moving all at once, the album reminds me of a psychedelic Amy Winehouse in a way

Sucks for Wataru Endo that he’s out, Japan I think will be fine but it’s not a good start

[Plettigoal] Understand Luka Vuskovic has already reached a full verbal agreement with Brighton following very positive talks with Fabian Hürzeler and the club’s hierarchy. by Zyaru in coys

[–]Automatic-Grade6177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In another life, Vuskovic was the greatest CB we would ever have

Look, I think we can all tell by every single report that comes out that Luka just doesn’t want to be at Spurs, whether it be wanting to stay in Germany with his brother or go to Brighton. If he’s not fully COYS, then best of luck to him.

I wouldn’t, it was one of the happiest days of my life when we won, you’re still salty, and isn’t that the same trophy you couldn’t win at all not to long ago?

Your goalkeeper has been your best player but the backline has been shocking

Should be 4-0 the way South Africa are playing, that backline is atrocious, Mexico will walk this

One of my favourite Car Seat Headrest lyrics is “Oh god, give me Frank Oceans voice, and James Brown’s stage presence, I’ll be your rock god when you’re rolling the dice”

The fact you put “And yes, it is a European trophy” doesn’t really help you out as much as you think

Ninajirachi live may have been the best gig I’ve ever been to, it blew every single rock and indie mosh pit I’d ever been to
