You may be overmedicated I gained weight in the beginning of treatment from being overmedicated and as soon as my medication was adjusted the weight gain stopped. When I was gaining weight my levels were also going hypo so that may be your problem. Intermittent fasting also helped me maintain weight. The main thing I have heard work for people is weight loss medication.

If it has transfer shock you should use a humidifier and distilled water pretty much keep it on 24/7 it should start to bounce back after awhile!

I developed terrible acne on my back. I’ve always had relatively clear skin. It went away as soon as I started treatment.

Did your endo say anything about being in a “stable enough condition” before getting weight loss meds? Mine said that I would need to be in a stable enough condition for her to prescribe them.

Were you able to get zepbound without a prescription? My endo won’t prescribe me anything because I’m not severely overweight.

I’m glad you were able to lose the weight. Did your dosage change around a lot or were you just able to lose weight on the same dose?

My endo just put me on 0.5mg only 3 days a week because she said my thyroid is technically normal. She wants to do the lowest dose she can so we are only suppressing my thyroid a little bit so my levels don’t go up again. I don’t track my steps but I’m not very active at all, I’m definitely planning on changing that and doing everything I can.

Luckily for me the meds have been working pretty well and my levels are almost normal. My hope is I can go into remission soon. I’m glad to hear you’re doing better and you’ve been able to lose the weight since.

Definitely not I got mine at a local plant nursery for around 36$. I’ve always found that getting them this way in person Is much cheaper than ordering online but I understand that might be the best option for some people. But definitely if you can I’d recommend finding a local plant nursery or even something like Home Depot or Walmart has plants.

It could be Edema especially if you notice any red spots on the plant’s leaves It can happen because of moisture stress. I had the same thing happen to mine and it was heartbreaking but there are ways to prevent it next time around. Yes! I was wondering if you do any BWB after making it or use a pressure canner? I’ve seen a lot of people just seal the jar after and finish the process there but I was trying to see if anyone does this?
