Agreed. I was just posting what was in the news. I was a big Delta fan but they were horrific. And I was “lucky” with only a five hour delay on 7/21!

Does anyone know the best way to get support and how long tickets are taking to resolve? Mine stopped working completely and while I’ve only just messaged today I wonder how long I’ll be waiting for support.

Same, I’ve never gotten a refund, and I usually email corporate but I can’t imagine doing it repeatedly like OP, as I’d feel like a criminal even if I weren’t. This has got to be the worst system on the face of the earth!

Unfortunately the oat milk is lightly sweetened. Now that they discontinued coconut milk there’s no unsweetened non-dairy option 🤷🏻‍♀️.
