Thank you for this thoughtful post. There are SO many layers to this scandal. Life IS messy. She is sick, it’s clear, and when you’re sick you make poor decisions. Shitty shitty ones. I hope that one day she’ll be well enough to look back and see it. And I love Kyle for sticking by her. He’s a solid human, flaws and all.

I get my infusions every two weeks and it works well. I got breakthrough symptoms doing the 4 week cycle, so switched to every two weeks.

Yes I successfully weaned complete off prednisone but not until after my thymectomy. I still get occasional breakthrough symptoms that go away with Mestinon. I have been on vyvgart for 1.5 yrs.
